La Digue, Slow Island

La Digue is one of the smallest inhabited islands in the Seychelles. There are no cars. People move by bicycle or on foot. These photographs were made there over two weeks in January — on the beaches, in the village, on the water — among the people who live on the island and the people passing through it.
