Moments are always unfolding around you. A bird lifting from the ground. Light shifting across a face. Most pass unnoticed. Learning to see moments means becoming aware of small changes—movement, gesture, light, or interaction—that give a scene meaning. A person turning their head. A shadow moving across a wall. Two elements briefly aligning. The more present and attentive you are, the more clearly these moments become visible. Moments cannot be forced. They can only be recognised. They appear in ordinary situations. Waiting. Walking. Sitting. You do not need to search for them. You may miss moments. This is normal. Seeing improves through patience.
